I am a Program Manager who delivers complex digital and technology transformation in large enterprise environments. I lead multi stream programs across customer platforms and portals, cloud and data modernisation, application migration and rationalisation and operational uplift. I take work from business case and funding through delivery, cutover and adoption.
I bring 30+ years of experience across financial services, telecommunications, travel and large scale public and enterprise environments. I am known for bringing clarity to ambiguity, uplifting governance and reporting and aligning leaders, delivery teams and vendors around a plan that gets delivered with minimal disruption.

Examples of delivery impact.
- Delivered a major digital experience platform migration from Sitecore to Adobe Experience Manager. Included content rewrites, portals and uplifted user journeys supporting 53 million transactions annually. First release delivered 230,000 unique users and 1.53 million page views in 36 hours with zero incidents.
- Delivered an enterprise data platform migration from Oracle Exadata to AWS Redshift. Supported a program valued around $10M and saved about $800k per year.
- Led a three year transformation program delivering $31.2M recurring savings, $26.5M one off savings and $8.5M cost avoidance across 96 initiatives. Included application, server, database, contract and storage rationalisation.
- Coordinated a 236 application and 457 server data centre migration across 40+ vendors with no impact to a 24x7 mission critical business.
